1. Acceptance of Terms

By using DevvvSpace’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Offered

DevvvSpace provides services including, but not limited to, website development, digital marketing, and design solutions. Detailed descriptions of each service can be found on our website. Any additional services must be mutually agreed upon in writing.

3. Payment Terms

• Invoices: All services provided will be invoiced according to the pricing and terms agreed upon during the project initiation.
• Payment: Payment is required upfront for smaller projects or per agreed milestones for larger projects. All payments must be made via the payment method specified in the invoice.
• Late Payments: Late payments are subject to a late fee of 10% per day after the due date.
  
  

4. Project Timelines and Deliverables

DevvvSpace commits to delivering projects on the timeline agreed upon during the project kickoff. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and DevvvSpace reserves the right to adjust timelines. Any revisions or extra work requested by the client may impact the delivery timeline.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• – Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the completion of the project.
• – Respond promptly to any queries or requests for feedback.
• – Make timely payments as agreed.

– Failure to comply may result in project delays or additional charges.

6. Revisions

DevvvSpace offers up to 10 to 20 rounds of revisions for each project phase (design, development, etc.). Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra fees, which will be agreed upon prior to commencing further work.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• Client Ownership: Upon full payment, the client owns the final website or digital product. All custom graphics, designs, and code provided are transferred to the client unless otherwise stated.
• DevvvSpace Ownership: DevvvSpace retains the right to use the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

8. Cancellation Policy

• Client-Initiated: The client may cancel the project at any time. If canceled, the client will be responsible for payment of all work completed up until the date of cancellation.
• DevvvSpace-Initiated: DevvvSpace reserves the right to terminate the project if the client fails to provide necessary materials, misses payments, or violates these terms. Any payments made for completed work are non-refundable.

9. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable once work has begun. Refunds may be issued at DevvvSpace’s discretion if the project has not commenced.

10. Liability

DevvvSpace is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data resulting from the use of our services.
• Third-party errors or issues, including hosting providers, domain registrars, or any external services used by the client.
• Website downtime or performance issues beyond our control.

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the project. Confidentiality shall remain in effect even after project completion.

12. Third-Party Services

DevvvSpace may utilize third-party services or tools in the course of the project (e.g., web hosting, CMS platforms, APIs). DevvvSpace is not responsible for any issues, delays, or limitations caused by these third parties.

13. Maintenance and Support

DevvvSpace provides 15 days of free post-launch support for bug fixes and minor adjustments. Ongoing maintenance can be provided under a separate agreement.

14. Force Majeure

DevvvSpace shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical failures.

15. Modifications to Terms

DevvvSpace reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
